At MUMMYMABEZZ Parent Support Services, I offer calm, practical antenatal support so you feel informed, confident, and ready to welcome your baby. Drawing on my professional experience and my heart for families, I walk alongside you so you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Based in London, I provide flexible, convenient sessions that fit around your life.

Hi I'm Mabel. I'm an experienced midwife and health visitor offering doula and parent support services to families in London, online and through home visits. I understand that pregnancy and early parenthood can bring both wonderful moments and unexpected challenges. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, ask questions, and build confidence in your own journey. What inspired you to become a doula?

My journey into doula work was inspired by my passion for supporting families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. Coupled with my professional background in Early Childhood Studies and Midwifery Care, I felt a calling to provide the emotional and practical support that new parents need.

What qualifications do you hold that make you a great doula?

I hold qualifications in Early Childhood Studies and Midwifery Care, along with experience as a Health Visitor. These educational foundations, alongside my personal experiences, allow me to offer informed and compassionate care tailored to each family's needs.

I believe every family deserves support that respects their individual choices and cultural backgrounds. My approach is centered on listening to your unique needs and providing evidence-based information that empowers you during your journey.

What services do you offer as a doula?

I offer comprehensive pregnancy and postnatal doula services, including prenatal education and postpartum care to help families adjust to their new roles with confidence and ease.

Support is offered through home visits, virtual appointments, or telephone sessions, as agreed.

I provide doula support to families across London, including Bromley, the City of London, Newham, Croydon, Greenwich and Hackney. If you're based outside these areas, please get in touch to discuss availability.

🧳 Travel

Home visits within 5 miles of my Newham base are included. Appointments beyond this area may be available, subject to availability and an agreed travel supplement. Virtual and telephone support are available throughout the UK.

💬 Message Support

Message support is for non-urgent queries only and is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday by appointment, and closed on Sundays. It does not provide emergency, medical, or clinical advice. For urgent health concerns, contact your maternity triage, GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.

⚠️ Important Information

This service offers non-clinical education, practical preparation, and emotional support. It does not replace care or advice from your midwife, GP, health visitor, or other qualified healthcare professional.

➕ Additional and Ad-hoc Support

Existing package clients can book additional home visits from £60 per hour or virtual/telephone support from £55 per hour. New and ad-hoc clients can book home visits at £65 per hour or virtual/telephone appointments at £60 per hour. Minimum booking times apply.
